1. Acceptance of Terms
By using PPC Pa Order, developed by IPROG TECH ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
PPC Pa Order is a platform that facilitates peer-to-peer connections between customers and riders for delivery services. The platform provides tools for communication, order finalization, and transparent pricing, ensuring seamless interaction between users. The platform does not engage in the delivery process itself and is simply an intermediary for communication between customers and riders.
3. Why Choose PPC (Peer-to-Peer Connect) Pa Order?

- No Merchant Costs: Focus on delivery, not unnecessary merchant fees.
- Transparent Pricing: Customers know exactly what they’re paying for.
- Real-Time Chat: Easily finalize orders with real-time rider communication.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with riders.
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Fraudulent or misleading behavior.
- Using the platform to send offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
- Attempting to disrupt or damage our services through hacking or other malicious activities.
5. Pricing and Payments
PPC Pa Order provides transparent pricing for all services. Payment terms, including any applicable fees, will be clearly communicated before an order is finalized.
A ₱5.00 convenience fee and a delivery fee starting at ₱55.00 will be added to the total payment.
Promotions and offers, such as the rider registration bonus, are subject to specific terms and conditions. These terms will be outlined during the registration process.
6. Rules and Regulations
For Customers:
- Customers must pay the total amount upon delivery, including convenience and delivery fees.
- Cancellations are only allowed before riders accept the order.
- Provide valid personal details for smooth transactions.
For Riders:
- Riders must deliver orders on time and ensure proper handling.
- Verify payments, including fees, before confirming delivery.
- Follow traffic laws and safety compliance during deliveries.
- Riders must comply with all traffic laws, ensure their safety by wearing protective gear (if applicable), and use a safe and legal mode of transportation during deliveries.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on PPC Pa Order are the property of IPROG TECH and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use PPC Pa Order. The platform only facilitates communication between customers and riders. We are not liable for any issues arising from transactions between customers and riders, including delivery delays, miscommunications, or the quality of the goods delivered.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use signifies acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
12. Suspension and Account Restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the platform for both customers and riders in the following cases:
For Customers:
- Providing false or misleading information when placing orders.
- Refusal to pay for completed deliveries, including applicable convenience and delivery fees.
- Filing false disputes or making unfounded complaints against riders.
- Engaging in inappropriate, abusive, or unlawful behavior towards riders or platform representatives.
For Riders:
- Repeated failure to deliver orders on time or mishandling deliveries.
- Unprofessional behavior, including harassment or abusive language towards customers.
- Attempting to bypass platform fees or engaging in transactions outside the platform.
- Violating traffic laws or safety regulations during deliveries.
Suspension Procedure:
- We will investigate reported violations and gather evidence from all involved parties.
- For minor infractions, temporary suspensions (e.g., 7 days) may be imposed.
- Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
- Suspended users may appeal their suspension by submitting additional evidence or clarification to iprog.tech@gmail.com.
